Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced IT Service Delivery Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT service management, with a focus on delivering high-quality services to internal and external stakeholders. The IT Service Delivery Manager will be responsible for managing a team of IT professionals, ensuring that services are delivered in a timely and efficient manner, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and vendors.
Responsibilities - Oversee the delivery of IT services to internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage a team of IT professionals, providing leadership and guidance.
- Develop and implement service delivery strategies to meet the needs of clients and stakeholders.
- Ensure that service level agreements (SLAs) are met and exceeded.
- Monitor and analyze service delivery metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT service management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in ITIL and other service management frameworks.
- Knowledge of IT products and services.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
