Job description
Install, repair, and maintain heat, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment and controls.
Perform limited electrical repair and minor sheet metal duct work.
Use a variety of tools and machines that form, bend, and notch. Use equipment such as rivet, gauge, torch, test manifold, and leak detection device.
Use additional equipment that may include portable vacuum pump, electrical circuit test meter, and refrigerant recovery machine.
Use piping and fittings of brass, copper, steel, and polyvinyl chloride (PVC).
Use flux and chemicals to solder, seal, or bond sheet metal.
