Job description
Responsibilities
Oversee and support all administrative duties in the head office to ensure smooth operations
Work closely with internal staff and external suppliers/ vendors on ongoing initiatives
Coordinate application and renewal of standard licenses and compliances across brands
Record and maintain expense reports, purchase orders, and vendor registration forms
Plan meetings, take detailed minutes, and coordinate follow-ups with attendees
Implement and maintain office administrative systems such as filing systems, mailing of documents, and shipping official packages
Coordinate bookings and extend support for team workshops and events when required
Assist in creating communication documents, reports, and presentations
Requirements
Bachelors degree with 2 - 5 years of work experience in any field
Prior experience of working closely with Founders/ CXOs is required
Experience working in a fast-paced start-up environment is a plus
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
Professional working knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Bias for action with an enthusiasm for new challenges
