At STRI we are hiring Graphic Designer cum Editor for our client who are in the Cosmetics Industry.
Location: T Nagar Chennai
Job Overview:
As a Graphic Designer youll be at the forefront of shaping our visual identity across a range of mediums. Working in the Creative team youll craft designs and videos that not only meet project objectives but also push creative boundaries while strictly adhering to the Brand Guidelines. Were seeking an individual with a passion for storytelling through design an eye for detail and proficiency in video editing to enhance our brands digital presence.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Visual Storytelling and Design:
- Craft visually stunning designs that tell a compelling story for a diverse range of marketing materials from brochures to digital assets.
- Infuse each design project with a unique and artistic touch ensuring it resonates with our brands essence and stands out in a crowded digital landscape.
2. Video Editing:
- Edit and produce engaging videos for various platforms ensuring a seamless blend of visuals audio and effects.
- Bring innovative ideas to video content creation enhancing our brands narrative through dynamic storytelling.
3. Collaborative Creativity:
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team contributing imaginative ideas and bringing them to life through unique designs and videos.
- Work with crossfunctional teams to ensure a cohesive and impactful visual strategy.
4. Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing team to understand the visual requirements for product promotions and campaigns.
- Collaborate with other departments to align visual content with overall brand messaging.
5. Brand Fusion:
- Ensure that all designs and videos align with our brand guidelines while introducing creative elements that capture attention and resonate with our target audience.
6. Adaptability and Flexibility:
- Embrace flexibility in adapting designs and videos based on templates feedbacks evolving project requirements and emerging trends.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a portfolio showcasing a diverse range of innovative design projects.
- Proficiency in industrystandard design software such as
Adobe Illustrator Adobe Lightroom (Optional)
Adobe Photoshop Adobe Express (Optional)
Adobe InDesign Adobe Audition (Optional)
Adobe After Effects
Adobe Premier
Adobe Media Encoder
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering highquality results.
- Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong understanding of design principles layout and typography.
- Excellent communication skills in English both written and verbal.
Education
- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Visual Arts or a related field is preferred.
