**Role Overview:**
As the New Product Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading projects, bringing your expertise in APQP, MSA, SPC, and proficiency in 2D & 3D software to drive innovation and excellence in our product development processes.
**Requirements:**
- Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in New Product Development
- Proficiency in APQP, MSA, SPC
- In-depth knowledge of 2D & 3D software
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
