About the Role.
We are currently looking for a Business Development Executive to be the supportive force that empowers our senior leadership. The ideal person for the job will be a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention to detail. He/She will be performing administrative duties and providing support to management. Given the changing nature of the executive landscape, we rely on our assistants for flexibility and foresight, while maintaining confidence related to high-level systems and operations.
A typical day’s activity for Business Development Executive
Manage sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion, especially decisions directly impacting the company’s global operations. Prioritize inquiries and requests while troubleshooting conflicts
Oversee new strategic business initiatives through successful execution in coordination with Team Heads and other team members.
Work closely with Founders on special projects - strategize, execute and run it to success and then think about scaling it.
Identifying profitable business opportunities
Conducting extensive market research
Creating actionable business strategies
Nurturing relationships with clients
Analyzing market trends
Tracking business performance
Prepare Word, Excel, PowerPoint presentations, agendas, reports, special projects, and other documents in support of objectives for the organization.
Essential Skills
Superb written and verbal communication skills
Strong time-management skills and the ability to organize and coordinate multiple projects at once
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office productivity tools, with the aptitude to learn a new system
Flexible team player willing to do what it takes to get the job done; adaptable and enjoys a challenge
Ability to keep company confidences
Preferred Skills:
0-1 Years of Experience
Able to travel with the management to the client site (Its a Field Job).
Should be able to accompany the management team to meetings around Delhi NCR
Ability to create quick Microsoft presentations
Ability to keep pace with Management thought process
Ability to learn new things quickly
Education
MBA
The technical undergraduate background would be a plus
Experience
Preferred 1-3 years of experience in Business Management
