Job description The ideal candidate would be the one who is responsible for sales activities within a team of Sales Reps assigned to a residential project. The primary role is to ensure that the sales targets for assigned projects are met or exceeded, and appropriate revenue generation is happening.

Reach out to leads generated through digital campaigns via phone calls. Understand the lead's requirements for a residential property in terms of location, type of space (2bhk, 3bhk, 4bhk, etc.), budget criteria, and possession preference. Qualify the leads based on the above parameters and determine whether they are genuinely interested in purchasing a property. Educate leads about the project's features, benefits, and value proposition. Provide accurate and relevant information about the project to the leads and answer any questions they may have. Build trust and credibility with the leads through effective communication and follow-up. Handle objections and provide persuasive arguments to convince leads to visit the site. Always maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service. Schedule a site visit with the lead based on their availability and confirm the visit on the day of the visit. Ensure that the lead arrives at the site on the scheduled date and time. Provide directions to the site and answer any questions that the lead may have about the location. Follow up with the lead after the site visit to answer any further questions and gauge their interest in the project. Maintain accurate records of all leads and their status in the sales pipeline using a CRM tool. Handle the Outbound and In-Bound Calls received from different Campaigns directly. Welcome and greet walk-in clients in a friendly and professional manner. Conduct site tours for the clients and highlight the project's features, benefits, and value proposition. Provide accurate and relevant information about the project to the clients and answer any questions they may have. Understand the client's requirements and preferences by conducting a thorough client profiling exercise, including obtaining the client's full name, profession, current residence location, purpose to buy, preferred mode of financing, etc. during the entire site journey, not to make it look like interrogation. Schedule a revisit with the client based on their availability and confirm the revisit on the day of the visit. Ensure that the client arrives at the site on the scheduled date and time. Maintain accurate records of all clients and their status in the sales pipeline in the CRM, including the lost leads.
