Key Responsibilities:

- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth in the BFSI sector via the Banca channel.
- Client Relationship: Cultivate strong client relationships and provide tailored financial solutions.
- Training: Train and develop your unit members to excel in the Banca channel.
- Performance Monitoring: Continuously analyze the performance of your Banca channel unit.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports to senior management.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments for effective alignment with organizational goals.
- Budget Management: Manage the Banca channel units budget efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree
- Experience: Proven 2 years sales management experience with a preference for experience in the BFSI sector.
- Skills: Strong leadership communication and datadriven decisionmaking skills.
- Tools: Proficiency in CRM and sales software.
