Position Overview:

Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Execution:

Develop and execute sales plans to achieve or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.

Identify new business opportunities and potential clients through research, networking, and lead generation.

Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to close deals effectively.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to foster repeat business and referrals.

Marketing Campaigns and Promotions:

Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and implement innovative marketing campaigns that resonate with the target audience.

Utilize various marketing channels, including digital marketing, social media, email campaigns, and events, to increase brand visibility and generate leads.

Analyze and measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and adjust strategies accordingly for maximum impact.

Market Research and Competitive Analysis:

Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and industry trends.

Analyze competitor strategies, pricing, and positioning to identify opportunities for differentiation.

Use market insights to shape sales and marketing strategies, product development, and customer outreach.

Sales Collateral and Content Creation:

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling sales collateral, including brochures, presentations, case studies, and sales scripts.

Create persuasive and informative content to engage prospects and support the sales process.

CRM and Sales Pipeline Management:

Utilize CRM software to track and manage leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.

Ensure timely follow-ups and accurate sales forecasting to maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

Events and Trade Shows:

Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote products/services and establish valuable connections.

Reporting and Analysis:

Prepare regular sales and marketing reports, including KPIs, ROI analysis, and performance metrics, to present to management.
