Copy Group Head
As a Copy Group Head at Blink Digital you will play a pivotal role in leading and inspiring our creative team to conceptualize and produce innovative and compelling advertising campaigns. You will work closely with the Creative Director to ensure that our clients creative needs are met and our agency continues to deliver exceptional and effective creative solutions. This role demands a blend of creative prowess leadership skills and strategic thinking.
On any given day you might:
Creative Leadership:
- Provide creative direction and inspire a team of designers copywriters and other creative professionals.
- Foster innovation in the creative department.
- Inspire and motivate team to consistently deliver highquality work that exceeds client expectations.
- Collaborate with the Creative Director for goals.
Project Management:
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously ensuring their completion on time and within budget.
- Work with account managers and clients to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Develop project timelines allocate resources and oversee project progress.
- Review and approve creative concepts designs and deliverables.
Conceptualization and Ideation:
- Lead brainstorming sessions and creative workshops to generate fresh ideas and concepts.
- Craft Creative briefs that clearly articulate project goals and requirements.
- Contribute to the development of strategic creative solutions that align with clients marketing objectives
Quality Control:
- Review and provide feedback on creative work to ensure it aligns with client brand guidelines and agency standards.
- Ensure that all creative deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and creativity.
- Conduct regular creative reviews and provide constructive feedback to team
- members.
Client Collaboration:
- Act as a key point of contact between the creative team and clients fostering positive client relationships.
- Present creative concepts and campaign ideas to clients addressing their feedback
- and incorporating revisions as needed.
- Ensure that client feedback is effectively communicated to the creative team for implementation.
Trends and Industry Knowledge:
- Stay updated on industry trends emerging technologies and best practices in advertising and design.
- Share knowledge and insights with the team to enhance creative capabilities and offerings.
Social Media Expertise:
- Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices across all social media
- platforms.
- Collaborate with the social media team to integrate creative strategies seamlessly into social media campaigns.
- Leverage your knowledge of social media platforms for storytelling and content
- creation
Reels and Video Content:
- Conceptualize and oversee shortform video content including reels and TikToks.
- Oversee the production of video content ensuring it aligns with client objectives and creative excellence.
- Optimize video content for various social media platforms considering platformspecific guidelines and trends.
- Should be comfortable shooting reels that are relevant to key audiences and generate leads/highreach
The Ideal Person
- Exceptional creative portfolio showcasing a range of successful campaigns and projects.
- Strong knowledge of advertising branding design and digital media trends.
- Proficiency in creative software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- A deep passion for creativity advertising and staying at the forefront of industry trends.

You Bring
- Bachelors degree in advertising marketing graphic design or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
- 4 Years of experience in a creative leadership role within an advertising agency or similar creative environment
