• As a Test Manager, Will be responsible for overall quality control of the landscape.
• We are looking for the below Technical and management skills for the same.
• Minimum 6+ Years of experience in QA role as an individual contributor.
• Minimum 2+ Years of experience in managing a QA team. (Minimum 5 members or more)

Key technical skills:

• Should have good experience on SQL and APIs (Must have)
• Should have good experience on tools like JIRA and GIT.
• Preferred working experience on Kibana, basic Linux (added advantage)
• Should have experience on Multiple Testing tools (at least 2 preferred)
• Soap UI
• Postman
• Selenium
• Browserstack (Added advantage)
• Good understanding of Functional and end to end system integrations. (Logistics experience will be an added advantage)
• Should have zeal to learn and adapt new technologies.

Key management skills:

Test planning and strategy development.

• Should be able to set new process in the team.
• Should be able to address bottle necks faced by team and stakeholders uniformly.

Test execution and status reporting.

• Should periodically review the quality of test execution and address any concerns.
• Should provide an overview to immediate stakeholders on status of any Test deliverable.

Stakeholder communication and Resource management.

• Manage expectations with stakeholders and resources uniformly.
• Manage escalations from stakeholders in terms of quality issue and address any concerns.

Ready to embark on the journey Here's what we are looking for:
As a Test manager, having SQL, API is a huge plus. Very good knowledge of SopaUI, Postman,Selenium and browserstack will also be an integral part of this role.

You are a technology aficionado, therefore you have a good understanding of testing tool and linux. You are able to work independently, prioritize and organize your tasks under time and workload pressure. Working in a multinational environment, you can expect cross-region collaboration with teams around the globe, thus being advanced in spoken and written English will be certainly useful.
