Job Description
- Perform and coordinate the Innovation and Brand Change planning process in relation to Demand, Supply & Material Planning.
- Actively educate stakeholders in markets on Supply Chain implications.
- Participate in innovation/renovation projects as Plan representative, evaluate and manage risks, bring inventory, sustainable supply chain and other planning topics to the conversation.
- Maintain necessary project trackers including LR date, PM Ordering and connectivity dates to improve projects visibility
- Manage the phase out/phase in of new and replacement products.
- Manage the write off tracker for all renovation products
- Control allocation of products as part of projects or constraints.
- Connect and build best relationships with all the stakeholders to drive improvement and ensure communication flows working effectively and efficiently.
Participate in Continuous Improvement - Lead the Planning improvement agenda
- Drive productivity agenda by minimizing the write off through mitigation plan
- Contribute to portfolio optimization initiatives.
Provide Inputs To The Monthly S&OP Process As Required - Track performance of innovation and brand change products on a periodic basis, ensuring latest Sell Out results and market intelligence are considered for the continuous re-forecasting.
- Generate forecast information packs to support the process
- Drive 'what if' scenario planning to identify risks and opportunities
Monitor and manage levels of Innovation inventories - Monitor inventory levels on a periodic basis working closely with the Inventory Manager.
- Identify potential SLOBs and requirements for write-offs and input into S&OP process.
