About the role

: Manager/ Senior Manager - Marketing

Our Marketing Team designs campaigns, creates content, engages with prospects, customers & employees, to inform them, and grow our customer base.

We are looking for a professional with good understanding of marketing topics such as - message development, campaign planning, content creation, creative development etc. across platforms such as Events, Digital, and Public Relations.

The person should be able to:

a. Understand and put together campaigns, emailers, flyers, marketing materials, brief based on business requirements, and as per

b. Be able to present and communicate with stakeholders across ranks (Global and local Management teams, sales teams, business decision makers, agencies)

c. Have a go-getter attitude.

d. Deliver according to plan and execute on short timelines

e. Maintain the brand integrity of Siemens and strategically position SFS as a trusted financing partner in the Business-to-Business arena

Reporting to: Head - Marketing

The ideal candidate will:

. Conceptualize, Develop and Drive marketing messages, with external agencies for business success.

.Create communication materials such as articles, flyers, presentations, web pages, or mobilecontent.

. Coordinate with multiple agencies, plan and implement communication messages & strategies and monitor their effectiveness across multiple platforms.

. Make the best out of opportunities to showcase Siemens Financial Services at events, exhibitions and relevant online forums.

. Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with stakeholders across Global Marketing teams, Sales and Business Development teams, to organize events & exhibitions, develop marketing materials for online events / platforms and internal communications.

What you need to make real what matters!

Good to have:

.Post graduation / MBA from a reputed institute/ university in India or abroad.

.Exposure to and understanding of Digital Marketing will be a huge plus point

Must have:

.Graduation from a recognised institute in India or abroad.

. 5-8 years of relevant work experience

. You have been in a client facing/ client servicing role/stakeholder management role for at least 2-3 years in your career

. You should have experience in or be willing to manage more than one project at a time, and manage multiple stake holders and agency partners

.Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation)

The must haves for this role, include:

. Great to have: Prior Experience in B2B or Financial Services

. Strong Content writing skills (in English), creative bent of mind

.Must have:Relevant Prior experience in marketing

. Already managing or keen to manage multiple projects and stakeholders

This role can be based out of Mumbai/ Gurgaon / Delhi, or Bangalore, India - depending on the right candidate. You will also need to visit other locations in India and beyond for events, exhibitions, and other marketing work.
