Job description
Responsibilities:
1. HRIStools ● Utilize and maintain the Keka HRIS system to streamline HR operations, considering Indian statutory requirements. ● Provide training and support to staff on HRIS functionalities.
2. Employee Relations: ● Foster positive employee relations by addressing queries, concerns, and maintaining a healthy work environment, in line with Indian cultural norms. ● Facilitate employee onboarding and offboarding processes in accordance with Indian employment practices.
3. Compliance and Documentation: ● Stay abreast of Indian HR laws and regulations to ensure company compliance. ● Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation.
4. Recruitment Support: ● Collaborate with the HR team in recruitment processes, from posting jobs to conducting interviews. ● Assist in the development and implementation of effective recruitment strategies which include onboarding processes.
5. Payroll Processing: ● Efficiently manage end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Indian labor laws and the pay-roll outsourced partner ● Handle payroll inquiries and discrepancies promptly and professionally.
6. Financial Duties: ● Collaborate with finance teams to support HR-related financial activities. ● Assist in budgeting and forecasting related to human resources.
7. Be a part of the office leads / India leads: ● Support building a vibrant culture and fun at work
Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field with 7 to 10 years of related experience
● Proven experience in payroll processing and financial HR functions.
● Hands-on experience with Keka HRIS preferred.
● Strong understanding of Indian HR laws and regulations.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an understanding of cultural nuances.
