We are seeking a talented Support Engineer (L1/L2) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in providing technical support for Tableau dashboard users and managing Databricks backend processes. This role will involve troubleshooting user queries, resolving technical issues, and ensuring smooth operation of Tableau and Databricks platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Provide L1/L2 technical support for Tableau dashboard users, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and user guidance.
- Manage and monitor Databricks backend processes to ensure data pipelines and workflows are running smoothly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address Tableau and Databricks-related issues and optimize performance.
- Document support processes, solutions, and best practices for knowledge sharing and training purposes.
- Participate in on-call rotation and handle escalations as needed to ensure timely resolution of critical issues.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in a technical support role, preferably supporting Tableau dashboard users.
- Hands-on experience with Databricks platform, including managing clusters, notebooks, and jobs.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with users and stakeholders.
