Responsibilities:
1. Conduct Selenium automation testing training sessions for individuals or groups.
2. Develop comprehensive training materials, including presentations, tutorials, and assignments.
3. Provide hands-on experience by creating real-world automation test scenarios.
4. Assist students in setting up their development environments for Selenium.
5. Evaluate and provide feedback on students' progress and assignments.
6. Stay up-to-date with the latest Selenium and automation testing trends and technologies.
7. Collaborate with the curriculum development team to update course content as needed.
8. Offer guidance and mentorship to students, answering questions and providing support.
9. Maintain a positive and engaging learning environment.
10. Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as necessary.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's preferred).
2. Proven experience as a Selenium Automation Test Engineer with a strong background in automation testing.
3. In-depth knowledge of Selenium WebDriver, Selenium Grid, and automation testing best practices.
4. Strong programming skills in languages commonly used with Selenium (e.g., Java, Python, C#).
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
6. Patience and the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
7. Prior experience in teaching, training, or mentoring individuals or groups.
8. Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
9. Ability to adapt to various learning styles and levels of expertise.
10. Certification in Selenium or relevant automation testing tools is a plus.
