Job Description:

Turnaround Planning, Estimation, and Scheduling: - Develop and deliver the TAR Prep plan adhering to agreed milestones. - Define roles, responsibilities, and interfaces among turnaround participants. - Provide leadership and guidance throughout planning and execution phases. - Identify critical scope elements and ensure effective communication within the team. - Develop and execute pre, during, and post-TAR welfare, logistics, and facilities plans. - Ensure timely establishment of service contracts with optimal mechanisms. - Develop accurate TAR cost estimates at each stage gate. - Establish in-event reporting structures for monitoring TAR performance. - Develop staffing and contracting plans to ensure qualified personnel. - Implement contingency plans to minimize potential impact on TAR objectives. - Lead implementation of SHE management plan for risk mitigation. - Collaborate with Project Teams to develop a single "master" turnaround schedule.

Co-ordination of TAR Execution: - Lead TAR Organization to achieve objectives. - Monitor and manage all aspects of turnaround execution including safety, cost, and quality. - Conduct daily update meetings and address issues promptly. - Ensure compliance with scope changes process. - Intervene as necessary to prevent and address problems. - Communicate turnaround progress and concerns to stakeholders. - Produce accurate daily and weekly reports for leadership. - Ensure timely completion of post-turnaround work and demobilization. - Conduct post-TAR evaluation and recommend improvements. - Ensure effective communication within relevant teams and individuals. - Document key information for future Turnarounds planning.

Contractor Management Process: - Act as Contract owner for Major Mechanical and Fabrication Contracts. - Provide accurate technical specifications and tender information to Procurement. - Conduct safety audits and performance reviews for contract companies. - Ensure compliance with Management of Contractors Site Standing Order. - Monitor labor levels, overtime, cost, and quality of work. - Intervene effectively when drift is identified.

Requirements:

Education & Experience: - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction, or Project Management. - Minimum 15+ years of experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, preferably in Turnaround maintenance or operations. - Proven ability to build relationships and manage resources effectively.

Technical Skills: - Proficiency in safety management systems and field work planning. - Expertise in work scheduling, planning, and execution processes. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Experience in contractor contract negotiations and performance management. - Ability to build effective teams and resolve conflicts. - Knowledge of safety, maintenance, and operations management systems. - Strong bias for action and ability to drive results in pressured situations.
