Job Description:

We are seeking a multifaceted

"Customer Success & Communications Associate"

to join our dynamic team. In this unique role, you will be the cornerstone connecting our innovative technical team with our valued clients, playing a dual role in both articulating complex technical concepts and ensuring unparalleled customer support. This role is based at our office located in

Pune , India.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Voice-Over Production:

Craft and deliver clear, engaging voice-overs for our technical video content. Translate complex technical information into accessible and compelling audio narratives. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate and effective communication of technical concepts. Manage voice-over projects from conception to completion, ensuring high-quality audio production.

Customer Success and Support:

Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and effective solutions. Coordinate activities between our technical team and customers, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery. Facilitate training sessions, product demonstrations, and other customer engagement initiatives. Collect and analyze customer feedback to drive continuous improvement in our products and services.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Mass Communications, or a related field. Strong foundation in customer service and support. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to understand and clearly convey technical concepts. A problem-solving mindset dedicated to customer success. Experience in voice-over production or a strong interest in developing voice-over skills. Knowledge of CAMTASIA Software is an added Plus. Working knowledge of a CRM System is a plus. Working knowledge of MS Office 365 is a must. Experience in Outbound US Calling would be a plus. Must have neutral accent.
