The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing and confirming orders, following up on orders, and addressing customer queries through calls and chat. This role requires a blend of excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of our product line.Key Responsibilities:1. Order Processing and Confirmation: Efficiently process customer orders received through various channels. Confirm orders with customers via email or phone. Ensure accuracy in order processing and manage any order-related issues.2. Order Follow-Up: Proactively follow up on orders to ensure timely delivery. Communicate with logistics to track order status. Update customers on their order status and manage expectations.3. Customer Queries Resolution: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Provide detailed product information and assist in product selection. Handle and resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and empathetic manner.4. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Collect customer feedback and communicate it to the relevant departments. Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or related field. Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
