Position:  Financial controller 

Experience:   CA – 5+ years 

CA inter – 7+ years 

Academic Requirement:  MBA in Finance 7+ years of experience 

CA Qualified with 5+ year of manufacturing experience or 

CA inter 7 + year of manufacturing experience.

Compensation: 18 to 20 LPA.

Probation: 6 Months

Accounts team Management 

Run planning/forecasting processes. 

GAAP Knowledge. 

Communication Across Departments.

The Finance Controller is a specialized role, in brief, who can look after the development, analysis and interpretation of information to appraise profitability and management performance against targets. Ensures compliance to the organizational policies and procedures and drives continuous process improvements to minimize/eliminate the risk of fraud.  

Job Roles & Responsibilities:  

•  Preparation and management of Cash flow and cash flow forecast. 
• Experience in leading and concluding monthly & yearly closure of books of accounts. 
• General Ledger Reviews and Control for accuracy of accounting, accruals, and monthly closure of books 
• Publishing of the monthly Actual Expenditure along with the relevant analysis and scenarios 
• Preparation of the budget and monthly / Quarterly financial forecasts wherever necessary 
• Day to Day accounting and controlling. 
• A/P including reports and managing the payments. 
• A/R and revenue recognition follow ups and review and receipts. 
• GL for accurate accounting and cost allocations.
