Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Purchasing Assistant located in Ahmedabad. The Purchasing Assistant will be responsible for day-to-day purchasing processes such as creating and tracking purchase orders, communicating with suppliers, and assisting with procurement activities.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in purchasing processes and procedures
  • Experience in creating and tracking purchase orders
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience in procurement activities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other purchasing software
