Job description
Position : Marketing- Engagement Lead Basic Functions/ Job Responsibility: Looking to drive engagement on the nasscom Community platform which hosts the latest articles, blogs, research reports, infographics, videos, and events from the Indian Tech Industry. The aim of the nasscom Community is to bring together technology leaders and specialists across the world to debate and evangelize the adoption of technology. The Marketing-Engagement Lead will a) develop, guide, and manage communities by – interfacing with Indian Tech companies and employees, and driving conversations about technology and nasscom initiatives; and b) drive content, interactions, engagement, and research insights from nasscom and non-nasscom members across multiple digital media channels and forums c) Support in community product development
Responsible for driving content, engagement, and membership on the nasscom Community platform Maintain member engagement and participation across platforms- forums and events, and social media channels Identify interesting and sharable content from huge pool of content/stories to create newsletters, mailers & journals for collaboration initiatives Lead day to day operations, database management, and user account management to provide tracking and metrics to supplement community growth charter Drive Community platform technology development with partners by monitoring latest trends and competitor analysis Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications, Experience: Bachelor/Master’s degree or equivalent in a Marketing or Communications-related field 2-3 years of work experience in content management and marketing, PR, social media marketing and online community building This would be a Vendor Consultant roleJob tags
