Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Human Resources Payroll Assistant. The Human Resources Payroll Assistant will be responsible for day-to-day payroll administration, managing human resources information systems, and supporting HR management. The Human Resources Payroll Assistant will also assist with payroll management.

Qualifications
  • Experience in payroll administration and payroll management
  • Proficiency in human resources and human resources information systems
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources or related field

Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and familiarity with HRMS technology.
