Soft Skills Trainer plays a pivotal role in cultivating a positive and productive work culture by empowering employees with the interpersonal skills necessary for success in their roles and fostering a harmonious and collaborative workplace environment.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Conducting workshops and training sessions to enhance soft skills such as communication, teamwork, time management and conflict resolution.
• Improving verbal and written communication skills to enhance effective workplace communication.
• Enhancing customer service skills to improve client interactions and overall customer satisfaction.
• Providing guidance on effective presentation skills and public speaking.
• Developing leadership skills among employees at various levels within the organization.
• Training employees to navigate and manage emotions effectively.
• Helping employees develop adaptability and resilience to cope with change and challenging situations in the workplace.
• Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and taking next steps as needed.

Required Skills

• Graduation or equivalent degree in a relevant field.
• 10 to 15 years of experience in Soft Skill training within services organization.
• Certified trainer on ICBI or IELTS is preferred.
• Proven track record in training resources ranging from campus grads to senior management.
