Job description

Roles and responsibilities:

- Help the sales team with cross-selling and upselling of products and services;

- Set objectives for revenue and sales and work hard to achieve them;

- Plan to satisfy clients' business needs;

- Act as a point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as needed;

- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs;

- Set up regular meetings with clients to ensure their satisfaction;

- Investigate competitors to find new methods for keeping customers;

- Sometimes onsite analysis is required;

- Help the customer with their technical requirements and problems;

- Alerting the sales force to the possibility of making more sales to significant clients;

- Taking care of and resolving issues that the client has identified;

- Taking part in client meetings to strengthen bonds with existing accounts;
