Job description

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our brand, drive customer engagement, and support business growth.

Responsibilities 1. **Market Research and Analysis: ** Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, policy, customer preferences, and emerging opportunities for USA/EU market, analyze data and provide actionable insights to inform marketing strategies and campaigns.

2. **Marketing Communication: ** Develop compelling and impactful content for various marketing collateral on various platforms, and ensure that all content is aligned with brand guidelines and resonates with the target audience. Contribute to local brand building initiatives by developing marketing materials, managing brand assets, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all channels.

3. **Event Management:** Plan, organize, and execute trade shows, conferences, and company-hosted events. Coordinate logistics, manage vendor relationships, and ensure seamless execution to maximize brand exposure and generate new business opportunities.

Qualifications English as working language. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Korean, Japanese is preferred.

- ** Bachelor's degree in Marketing or relative major

- **Market Research Background:** A solid background in market research methodologies, data analysis, and market segmentation is necessary to effectively assess market dynamics and identify growth opportunities.

- **Event Planning Experience:** Prior experience in organizing social events, trade shows, or conferences is highly desirable. Strong project management skills and attention to detail are essential for successful event execution.

- **Willingness to Travel:** This role requires frequent travel inside Latam region to provide event support and collect project materials. Flexibility and a willingness to travel are crucial for success in this position.

- **Creative Thinking:** A creative mindset and the ability to think outside the box are important for developing innovative marketing strategies and compelling content that resonates with our target audience.

- **Team Player:** The ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and design, is essential. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment are key.
