Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Recruiter junior at Prudential Manpower Group, located in Mumbai. The IT Recruiter junior will be responsible for identifying top talent, managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle, sourcing candidates, and building relationships with both clients and candidates to secure the best professional fit.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field Minimum 1 year of experience in IT recruitment Strong technical knowledge and understanding of various IT roles and technologies Ability to use different recruiting tools and methods, including social media and job boards Solid organizational skills, time management, multitasking, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and with a team, with an excellent attention to detail Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Office
