Job Overview
We seek a highly motivated and enthusiastic Human Resources Executive to join our team at Ambiw Web Pvt. Ltd. As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for various HR functions and play a key role in talent acquisition and management.
This full-time position is based in Rajkot, Gujarat, India, focusing on IT recruitment. Qualifications And Skills - Bachelor's / Master's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Fresher with 1 year of experience (prior internship experience in HR is a plus)
- Strong understanding of IT recruitment and talent acquisition processes
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter and other job portals for sourcing candidates
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of HR policies and best practices
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end IT recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and requirements
- Utilize various sourcing channels, such as job portals, social media, and professional networks, to attract quality candidates
- Conduct screening of resumes and shortlisting candidates for further evaluation
- Coordinate and conduct interviews, both telephonic and in-person
- Facilitate the onboarding process, including induction programs and joining formalities
- Manage employee exit formalities and conduct exit interviews
- Maintain HR records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in HR
- Support other HR activities as required
