Designation: Senior Manager – Client Experience - Digital Media

Location: Mumbai

What will you do

• Regularly provide digital counsel with clients/colleagues
• Develop & design strategy and implementation of interactive campaigns that articulate the role of various channels in meeting objectives
• Serves as internal expert on and advocate for of-the-moment creative best practices for priority social platforms, and advises as needed
• Manage junior staff

• Possess 6+ years' experience within the digital marketing industry with proficiency of social media and community management

• Have very strong communication and management skills, are a strategic thinker

• Proficient with scoping, finance and business management

• Can translate client needs into project plans

• Have been handling a team of junior to mid-level digital executives.
