Must-Have
1. Shouldhave expertise work experience in Linux Environment
2. Shouldhave good knowledge in Ansible and Any programming languages (preferred Python,shell scripting)
3. Handson experience in patching, backup recovery and system configuration.
4. Indepth Knowledge on ITIL processes like Incident management, Problem Management,Configuration management and Change Management processes.
5.Candidate should have been in a customer facing role with excellentcommunication skills.
6. Strongtechnical knowledge and eagerness to learn new technologies.
