Identifying business opportunities with current and prospective customers
Analyzing market and vertical industry segments to target, prospect, and generate leads.
Conceptualizing implementing effective sales strategies to drive sales volume.
Focusing on revenue generation and contributing to overall business objectives and profitability.
Creating business plans working closely with marketing, presales, and other cross-functional teams.
Assessing qualified lead requirements and pitching services.
Engaging retaining clients with immediate query resolution, timely follow-ups value delivery.
Developing customized client pitch documentation and making business presentations.
Effectively communicates and presents our value proposition to all stakeholders
Closing new business deals by negotiating contracts and providing customized solutions to meet client requirements that may have a mix of several models of engagement.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients by providing information, support, and guidance through the course of the engagement to ensure rebounds and minimum drop-outs.
Providing operational support, handling partner and customer escalations.
Submits accurate and timely forecasts that are aligned with assigned sales quotas
Achieving the revenue targets in terms of qualified leads to closed deals.
Providing clear reports to the management on activities and pipeline.
Key Requirements:
3-4 years of proven work experience as a Business Development Representative or similar role in IT/ITES (UI UX Studios preferred)
Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
Track record of achieving sales quotas
Experience with CRM software (e.g. Freshworks)
Familiarity with Google Sheets (analyzing spreadsheets and charts)
