Manager - Business Development - RE & INFRA Division
Responsibilities Identify potential customer in Real Estate Industry and pitch for relevancy services. Setup Meeting with clients. Visit potential customers and brief our services and generate lead Cold calling and mailing Coordinate with existing customer for new business prospects and address grievances if any. Prepare quotation/ proposals and other requirements as per company needs. Prepare strategy to develop the business and growth of existing business. Open to travel Additional Knowledge / Skills (If any) Presentable Excellent communication and writing skills. PPT Skills Should have basic knowledge of Civil Engineering and its industry Should have some contacts in civil industry. Education Bachelor Engineering in suitable field. Civil Engineering preferred. MBA Fundamental Competencies (Mandatory) Minimum 4 years of experience of business development in similar industry.Job tags
