Position- Officer/ Assistant Manager Sales (Lamination Tubes)
Location- Bangalore
Experience Required- 5+ Years
Education- B.E/B.Tech/MBA
Industry Preference- Lamination Tubes/Caps & Closures/Rigid Plastics/Films/Laminates
Role & Responsibilities: -
· 60% Business Development and 40% Key Accounts.
· Develop the business by acquiring new customers for Lamination Tubes.
· Prepare, plan and strategize to increase the revenue and market share by acquiring new customers.
· Costing as per standard and approved cost template to squeeze out maximum possible contribution as per job.
· Exploring complete satisfaction through 100 % transparent dealing and effective communication.
· Generate the 100 % business from the existing customers through better networking.
· Manage the entire marketing workforce; upgrade their skills and overall team in order to achieve the sales and revenue targets.
· Manage the marketing brand and communication to ensure the mass awareness about the product.
· Acquire new customers as per the plan to ensure the market share increase.
· Increase Business volume from the existing customer through better engagement program.
· Guide the sales and marketing team to achieve the sales and revenue target each month as per plan
· New Product Development through effective communication with plants and customers to ensure successful commercialization
· Develop marketing skills of the existing staffs to deliver the targeted business.
· Monitor and track through MIS about all the outstanding/complaints/ issues by CIR/CNR.
· Ensure the good numbers of programs are conducted for brand and communication.
