Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager at CGH Earth in Kochi. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, developing and implementing business strategies, managing budgets, and ensuring that CGH Earth's values and principles are upheld. The General Manager will also be responsible for maintaining a strong relationship with the local communities, promoting responsible tourism, and ensuring the satisfaction of guests.

Qualifications

• Minimum 20 years of Experience in the hospitality industry, preferably 5 years of leadership role in branded properties
• F&B Knowledge
• Person with international experience is a plus
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Understanding and knowledge of sustainability and responsible tourism practices
• Familiarity with local cultures and traditions
• Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field. A master's degree is a plus
