About The Role Rippling's rapid growth presents an exciting opportunity to own HR end-to-end for our largest region outside of the US – India. With Rippling having tripled its headcount in recent times and with continued growth, this is an excellent opportunity for impact! In this role, you will utilize your HR expertise to support managers and employees in India as well as work with cross-functional partners and global HRBPs to drive impactful projects based on business needs. You will join an HR function that is in hyper build mode and as such we are looking for a roll-up-your-sleeves HR leader who can flex from strategy to building and everything in between. With demonstrated success owning India HR, we expect this role will grow into people management owning HR for other regions across APAC such as China & Australia.
