Job description
. Oversee the entire talent acquisition and Recruitment activities
· Create and execute Talent acquisition strategies
· Understand the hiring needs of the teams within the company
· Liaise with vendors to design hiring strategies and employee new programs.
· Determine the timeline and cost to meet all hiring needs
· Maintain and keep well track of ATS.
· Liaise with Japanese clients in Japan and teams in Japan.
· Integrate effectively teams in India and Japan
· Manage team well to get their optimum performance as they are being independent, selfdriven and no loss of productivities with WFH.
· Plan well for expansion and scaling up the team to the next level.
· Managing a team in India effectively and being the one point of contact with Management.
· Handle issues, conflicts and resolve them effectively.
REQUIREMENTS
· Over 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition as a lead or Manager.
· Experience working for a global company, preferred
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Focused and driven.
