These programs include community work, creative hands-on projects, drama, and games to provide rich experiences that offer students opportunities to build teamwork skills, leadership abilities, self-confidence, respect for different opinions, and empathy. Along with these experiences, they weave together structured reflection sessions which create a platform for children to question, brainstorm, express themselves in an environment free of judgment.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role, located in Mumbai, for a Primary Teacher. The primary teacher will be responsible for creating and implementing a cooperative and supportive learning environment for students. They will be responsible for developing the curriculum, preparing lesson plans, and teaching students using diverse styles and methods. Additionally, the primary teacher will work with the team to evaluate and improve the students' learning experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
• Fluency in English and proficiency in Hindi/Marathi
• Experience in early childhood education or primary education
• Demonstrated knowledge of classroom management and instructional techniques
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Possess a patient and understanding nature, and be adaptable to change in the classroom
