Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Recruiter at TechQilla. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for recruiting, screening and interviewing potential candidates, maintaining candidate databases, and managing job postings. They will also be responsible for ensuring a positive candidate experience and supporting HR initiatives such as employee retention, performance management, and onboarding.

Qualifications

• Experience in full-cycle recruiting and applicant tracking systems
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Familiarity with HR policies and procedures
• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Human Resources or Business Administration
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in a creative or tech industry is a plus
• Experience with social media and employer branding is a plus
