Role Purpose Key interface between Customer account and regional sourcing team BSC perspective Key Responsibilities Finance Achieve budgeted AOP (Revenue and Rupee Gross Margins) for assigned customer accounts Customer Achieve budgeted OTIF (On time and full) Performance Achieve budgeted levels of customer satisfaction on Product Address customer queries and transactional issues Internal Business Process Adhere to Seasonal Process Calendar relevant to customer account and key sourcing processes Review and approve Purchase Requisition documents Understand and Develop product solutions to achieve targeted business volumes Constantly update B&M team on national and international trends People/ Learning & Growth Develop good Customer relationship Update with new textile/apparel technologies/processes Learn ERP/PLM processes relevant to sourcing team Understand Buying processes Competencies Functional Competencies Product knowledge Product Development skills Process Orientation . Buying Process Generic Competencies Customer Centricity Teamwork and Collaboration Result orientation
