    • Write engaging and informative blogs, articles, press releases, and other content pieces related to the real estate industry.

    • Develop content that aligns with our brand voice and resonates with our target audience.

  2. Grammar Proficiency:

    • Ensure high-quality, error-free content by maintaining proficiency in grammar and language usage.

  3. Social Media Optimization:

    • Craft optimized content tailored for various social media platforms to maximize engagement and reach.

    • Stay updated on social media trends and adjust content strategies accordingly.

  4. Keyword Optimization:

    • Utilize effective keyword optimization techniques to enhance the visibility of our content in search engine results.

  5. Scripting for Reels & Short Videos:

    • Create engaging scripts for short videos and reels to be used on social media platforms.

  6. Software Proficiency:

    • Proficient in MS Office and Canva for document creation and graphic design.

    • Familiarity with basic video editing tools such as VN and CapCut is an added advantage.
