About the Position --AGM- RETENTION

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a pleasing personality and exceptional communication skills, based in Delhi-NCR and with a minimum experience of 10-15 years in Retention with a reputed educational institute/college/university/organisation. AGM Retention is a key leadership position responsible for the retention of students at all the centers across the country. This role requires a combination of leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on management skills to drive retention activities. This role requires an excellent track record in Retention . The key responsibilities associated with this role are as under:

Strategy: Developing and implementing a Retention strategy aligned with the overall organizational goals.

Team Leadership: Leading and managing the Retention team. Providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure the team meets or exceeds retention targets. Minimise drop outs and ensure high level of retention of students.

Retention: Monitoring and analysing Drop out data. Call dropout students and meet them and their parents for counseling. Understand the concerns of the Student/Parent for dropout. Follow up regularly with Student/Parents to retain them. Discuss with Centre Operations Manager / HOD (Head of Department) and provide solution to retain the student. Have House calls fixed to meet parents. Achieve Retention Targets. Prepare Daily Reports on Retention. Implementing timely corrective actions and strategies to achieve minimum dropouts

Data Management:

Maintaining accurate records of student retention and other relevant information. Analyzing this data to identify trends, measure outcomes, and make informed decisions to minimise drop outs.

Day-to-Day Operations: Ensuring smooth functioning and efficiency in all aspects of the retention activities at the center. Regular visits to centers PAN India

Company Policies & Directives:

Ensuring strict adherence to Retention Processes, Policies and Directives

Other Requirements Must be open to extensive travel Must be Excellent in PowerPoint Presentation Exceptional Communication skills and Interpersonal skills. Must be based in Delhi- NCR

Qualifications

Graduate with exceptional presentation and communication skills and a pleasing personality. 10-15 Years of extensive experience in handling customer retention.
