Position: Program Manager
Location: Bangalore/Delhi
Job Responsibilities:
We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager & Data Analytics professional to lead our partnership function. The ideal candidate will drive business development initiatives, manage data analytics, and collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success.
Job Duties:
.Lead business development efforts for various projects in partnership with fintech, consumer loans, and banking entities.
. Drive affordability & Exchange programs for Smart phones .
. Utilize data analytics tools such as Excel and Power BI to gather insights and inform decision-making.
. Collaborate with internal teams to provide necessary support and ensure project alignment with organizational goals.
.Work closely with headquarters and India cross-functional teams to manage project execution and timelines effectively.
.Conduct competition benchmarking to identify industry trends and best practices.
.Develop a roadmap to enhance consumer experience across all touchpoints in ongoing projects.
Desired Candidate Profile:
.Minimum 8 years of post-graduate work experience, with at least 5 years in business development roles within reputed NBFCs, fintech firms, or banks.
.Proven track record in driving business development initiatives, particularly in fintech, consumer loans, and banking partnerships.
.Proficiency in data analytics, including advanced skills in Excel and experience with Power BI or similar tools.
.Strong project management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders effectively.
Qualification - Any Masters
