Job Title: Sales Executive - Banking and Finance Job

Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our banking and finance team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and promoting our range of financial products and services.

Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Provide personalized financial solutions based on clients' needs and goals. Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Product Knowledge: Stay abreast of the latest developments in banking and finance products and services. Educate clients on the features and benefits of our financial offerings. Collaborate with internal teams to stay informed about new products and market trends.

Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients showcasing our products and services. Customize sales pitches to address the unique needs and concerns of individual clients.

Market Research: Conduct market research to identify opportunities for business expansion. Analyse competitors' offerings and market trends to stay competitive.

Job Duties: Actively seek out new opportunities for business.

Ability to create sales pipeline/leads through lead follow-up, emails and cold calling.

Identify prospects and evaluate their need to convert them into customer.

Contributes to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.

Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience:

2-3 years of relevant experience required.

Proven track record of successful sales experience in the banking and finance sector.

Familiarity with a range of financial products such as loans, investment products, Credit Score/Report and banking services.

Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Working knowledge of MS Office

Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.

Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Technology: Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.

Comfortable with technology and able to adapt to new software and systems.

Ethical Standards: Adherence to ethical and compliance standards in the financial industry.
