Role DescriptionÂ
This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager at One Restaurant and Bar located in Pune. The General Manager will be responsible for day-to-day operations, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving revenue growth. The General Manager will also be responsible for managing inventory, ensuring compliance with all regulations and policies, and maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for customers and staff. The GM is expected to implement processes and systems based on international standards. Focus on guest experience, service standards, innovation, awareness of latest industry trends, maintenance of premises.Â
Qualifications
Proven experience as a General Manager in the hospitality industry
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage finances and drive revenue growth
SOPs for implementation of systemsÂ
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage and motivate staff
Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and best practices
Experience with inventory management and cost control
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
Fluency in English and Hindi
