Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for maintaining HR policies, managing personnel and employee benefits, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations in the company's Ahmedabad office. The Human Resources Specialist will also be responsible for managing recruitment and selection processes, as well as onboarding and training new employees.
Qualifications
- Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
- Knowledge of HR policies and labor laws and regulations
- Experience in managing personnel and employee benefits
- Experience in recruitment and selection processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
- HR certification is a plus
