Position : Operation Support Lead

Experience : 5 to 7 Year

. Experience in working in support project, ITSM tools like SNOW, SLA L1,L2 reporting monitoring . Experience in working in support project, ITSM tools like SNOW, SLA L1,L2 reporting monitoring

Overall experience of 5 to 7 years with 2+ years of experience a lead role Knowledge of automation technologies RPA [UI Path or Automation Anywhere], Chatbot, Intelligent automation

  Basic Knowledge of iinfrastructure, process

Knowledge of health care and Lifesciences

Knowledge of Automation Hub is advantageous
