Roles And Responsibilities - Develop and implement production plans and schedules based on customer orders and sales forecast
- Coordinate with sales team to gather information on customer orders and ensure timely delivery
- Plan and manage material requirements to meet production targets
- Monitor production progress and identify bottlenecks or issues
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth production flow
- Optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Manage manpower allocation and schedule shifts
- Prepare and present production reports to management
Qualifications And Skills - Proven experience in production planning and control
- Strong knowledge of material planning and inventory management
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of quality standards and quality control processes
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience in coordinating with sales teams
