Your Role As the first People Operations Manager at Hushh, you'll be instrumental in shaping our team's future. You'll: Design and implement strategies to attract top-tier talent, aligning with Hushh's vision of data empowerment. Develop robust performance management and employee development programs. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and user-centricity. Oversee benefits, compensation, and compliance, ensuring Hushh remains a competitive and desirable workplace. Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition : Streamline recruitment processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in hiring top talent. Performance Management : Implement systems that promote high performance and continuous professional growth. Cultural Development : Cultivate a workplace culture that mirrors Hushh's core values and mission. Employee Engagement : Develop initiatives to maintain high levels of employee satisfaction and motivation. Ideal Experience Experience in HR/People Operations, preferably in tech or AI-focused environments. Proven track record in developing and executing effective HR strategies. Familiarity with AI systems and their impact on organizational dynamics is a plus. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
