Job description
Responsibilities:
Bulk Hiring:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
Develop and execute strategies for bulk recruitment.
Utilize diverse sourcing channels (including social recruiting) to attract a high volume of applicants.
Conduct group interviews and panel discussions to screen candidates efficiently.
Leverage technology, such as one-way recorded interviews, to assess skills and passion.
Campus Recruitment:
Cultivate strong relationships with universities and colleges.
Participate in college career days, fairs, and events.
Promote our employer brand to attract students and recent graduates.
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess skills for junior positions and internships.
Design impactful internship programs to engage college communities.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in bulk hiring and campus recruitment.
Strong network and connections with recruitment firms and colleges.
Excellent relationship-building skills.
Familiarity with diverse sourcing strategies.
Ability to assess candidates effectively for entry-level roles.
