Job Title : Sales Development Manager - Banking Sector (Karnataka)

Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.

- Build and maintain client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction.

- Lead and motivate a sales team.

Requirements :

- 2 years in field sales or life insurance.

- Graduation from a recognized university.

- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.

- Strong communication and leadership skills.

- Knowledge of Karnataka's banking and financial sector.

Compensation :

CTC : INR 2.75 to 3.75 LPA
